SAYORA delivers across maximum locations. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality customized packaging within the given time frame, therefore we ship through reputed courier agencies only. We also do ship through Indian Post for remote locations.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
We deliver free shipping across India.
⦁ Orders through Indian Post for remote locations will be chargeable.
⦁ If return/exchange for eligible products will be done by the customer (charges will be payable by the customer).
SHIPPING TIME:
⦁ We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public holidays.
⦁ For All Domestic Orders: Shipping Time is 2-3 business days (or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order).
DELIVERY PROCESS:
⦁ Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days between Monday to Saturday. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
⦁ Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications with regards to the delivery, kindly call/WhatsApp us +91-9936463444, 0522-3502681 within 1-2 hours after placing an order.
⦁ Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.
DISCLAIMER:
⦁ Our products are packed in a secure tamper-proof customized packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. If the order has been accepted than the 360° video is must for return/exchange.

⦁ If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
⦁ We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our logistics partners.
