Refund Policy
All items to be returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions:
- 72 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp on +91-9936463444 with your Order ID and other necessary information.
- Once approved, dispatch the parcel at your end within two days to the address mentioned:

Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless there has been any mistake from our side.
Additional Conditions:
- All returned products should be completely unused, unharmed, and in saleable condition. Products with tampered or missing price tags, or blouse fabric cut from the saree, will not be accepted.
- Altered/customized products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Accessories such as belts, bags, masks, etc., are not returnable.
- In case of exchange, it is better to inform us beforehand so that we can keep the product or size aside for you.
Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Mode of Refund:
- gift card of the same value will be issued with a validity of 1 year, which can be used for any purchase on our website.
- All reimbursements will be processed within 2–4 days after the product is received by us.
Please Note:
On arrival of your order, if you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
Please inform us via WhatsApp on +91-9936463444 mentioning your Order ID, and we will do the needful. If the delivery has been accepted by you, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure manner.
Refunds are only valid for defective items.
