Return & Exchange Policy

(Please NOTE: On arrival of your order, if you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.

Take a picture 📷 & inform us about the same via WhatsApp on +91-9936463444 mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful. If the delivery has been accepted by you, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure manner.)

All items to be returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions:

  • We understand ordering online can be skeptical for you, therefore we gladly accept size exchange, provided the size is available with us of the design.
  • A return/exchange request must be raised strictly within 2 days= of receiving the product via WhatsApp on +91-9936463444 with your Order ID and other necessary information.
  • Once we have approved, kindly dispatch the parcel at your end within two days to our address mentioned below.
  • Returns are accepted on defects only. Size exchanges are possible.
  • Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless there has been any error/defect from our end.

However Please Note:

  • All returned products should be completely unused and unharmed and in saleable condition. Products with tampered or missing price tags or blouse fabric cut out from the saree will not be accepted.
  • Altered/customized products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • In case of exchange, it is better to let us know beforehand so that we can keep the product or size aside for you.
  • Any returned item that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

MODE OF REFUND:

  • credit note will be issued with validity of 1 year, usable for any purchase on the website.
  • Credit Notes, refunds (if any), and shipping reimbursements will be processed within 2-4 days after the product is received by us.

Cancellation Policy:

At Sayora, we do not offer cancellations once an order has been successfully placed on our website. All purchases are considered final.

However, we do offer exchanges in case of size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to our exchange policy guidelines. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
