At Sayora, we offer return/exchange support under specific conditions to ensure fairness and product safety. Please review the policy below:
📦 1. Check the Package at Delivery
If the package looks tampered, do not accept it.
Return it to the delivery person immediately.
Take a photo and inform us on WhatsApp: +91-9936463444 with your Order ID.
If the package is accepted, it will be assumed the order was received securely.
🔁 2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept:
- ✔ Size exchange (only if the requested size is available)
- ✔ Returns for manufacturing defects
To request a return/exchange:
- Raise a request within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Message us on WhatsApp: +91-9936463444 with your Order ID.
- Once approved, dispatch the product within 2 days to the following address:

❌ 3. Returns/Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- Product is used, damaged, or not in saleable condition
- Tags are removed
- Blouse fabric is cut from the saree
- Product is customized or altered
- Product is sent without prior approval
Any item failing the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
💰 4. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued as a Credit Note valid for 1 year
- Processing time: 2–4 days after the returned item is received
❌ 5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects

- Dispatch time: 2–3 business days
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days
📦 Delivery Notes
- Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout
- For changes, contact us within 1–2 hours of placing the order
- No changes can be made after dispatch

- If the package looks tampered, do not accept it — return it to the delivery person
- Accepted deliveries require a 360° unboxing video for any return/exchange
- SAYORA is not responsible for courier delays but will assist in tracking your parcel
